Anastasia at London Fashion Week (aw17)

er Styles Rocker: (exudes, poetically) That charming fedora makes my week. What an hero! Unquestionably, it's a sublime design from heaven that makes fashion editors knees weak. An element to look at, perpetually, even grace the cover of Vogue and, pertinently, Grazia... https://www.facebook.com/SidewalkDarlings/

er Styles Rocker: It deserves the pedestal its perched on, because of its inclusion, the the ensemble's aesthetic traverses the sartorial continuum; from the bare minimum to an ethereal maximum. Gosh! I'm so excited by the presence of that model of essence at London Fashion Week, AW17.. I'd be delighted to be ensconced in its wardrobe, the one that houses other ethereal fedoras, passion flower but little or no robes. My desire, the dream come through

er Styles Rocker: (drools, gasps rhythmically) Look! Time is precious, therefore, I’m gonna use this moment, exclusively for checking out the stupendously immersive styling of this #LondonFashionWk outfit. Oh gosh! It’s such a darling! All the elements in the makeup are SUPER stunning. That’s why I’m grinning! That wearable, work of art fedora, however, is the classic gem; the winning, conspicuous element that really lights my fire. Like latex, it's highly flammable. Against this admirable backdrop, that special guest is perfect for my fedora repertoire. Capturing its aesthete is an immense pleasure. Just saying.  www. twitter.com/zokayakamara

Suzanne: (explains to Anastasia) er Styles Rocker believes fedoras are simply lush elements; their textures, hues and divine design. Strike a pose, please.

er Styles Rocker: I’m super impressed with everything that you have done with the styling particularly for London Fashion Week
Anastasia: (smiles)
er Styles Rocker: …(fishing for a vocal response)…I’m literally staggered and mesmerized by the impeccability and effortlessness of your Fashion Week style
Anastasia: Yes.  Thank you so much. Thank you

er Styles Rocker: What was the divine inspiration behind this look stand-alone look book; this charming aesthetic that you are portraying?
Anastasia: I tried something elegant and feminine
er Styles Rocker: Wow!
Anastasia: …but also colourful
er Styles Rocker: Brilliance! The result is a style marvel, expressed with inordinate flair and panache. Oh my gosh! I really would like to know the inspiration behind this outfit
Anastasia: Just…(shakes head) I don’t know. History!
er Styles Rocker: History?
Anastasia:  Yes!
er Styles Rocker: Please explain how history influenced your London Fashion Week style.
Anastasia:  Women stop wearing skirts as much; it’s all about uni-sex fashion, so I decided to…

er Styles Rocker: …You rock the aesthetic well. I admire your appreciation for the feminine aesthete, the sheer elegance and chicness, minimalism also. You styling is so, overwhelmingly on point. That’s the WHOLE POINT.
Anastasia:  Thank you
er Styles Rocker: So what fashion labels are your rocking?, particularly that fedora. Fedora first, please.
Anastasia:  I think it’s no brand because I found it in a flea market…
er Styles Rocker: Oh gosh! What a find! The WHOLEsome fashion week set wants it. Cross my heart, I will treasure this fleeting moment I am in its towering presence.
Anastasia:  …and this cardigan is by a brand – Essential
er Styles Rocker: …That is an essential element in any self-respecting wardrobe…
Anastasia:  The blouse is by Maje. It’s a French brand
er Styles Rocker: We LOVE the French brands. In fact, Maje is super popular among the WHOLEsome fashion week set
Anastasia:  …The skirt is Club MONACO
er Styles Rocker: …It’s beauty captivates, it makes me adore the feminine aesthetic even more. Too much. Never too much!
Anastasia:  Thank you

er Styles Rocker: How many fedoras do you have in your collection?
Anastasia:  I have only two
er Styles Rocker: Two! Oh gosh! Why on earth have you invested in so many of these ultra desirable elements?
Anastasia:  I think they are appropriate for the weather
er Styles Rocker: Cool! So when you drafted this fedora into that outstanding outfit, what difference does it make to the overall aesthetic and appeal? To your emotions?
Anastasia:  It think it makes me feel more myself. It adds something; not only to the style but to how I feel

er Styles Rocker: As a serial purveyor of the fedora aesthete, I can relate to that sentiment, completely. It looks super beguiling and it complements the other statement elements that you are rocking. The charm of this outfit lies in the fact that every SINGLE element is a statement gem
Anastasia:  Thank you
er Styles Rocker: That bag! So beautiful
Anastasia:  It’s by Mulberry
er Styles Rocker: Mulberry! I’m also a huge fan of that fashion brand; it’s divine designs are elements to live and br3eathe for. Attending their catwalk showcase this afternoon is a dream fulfilled. Will you be there?
Anastasia:  I will see.

er Styles Rocker: You should definitely be there; just look how you are rocking their crafted creation in your own inimitable style, so persuasively. Needless to say, we are really impressed with your sartorial effort, besides, seeing this on trend outfit again, would be a surreal treat.
Anastasia:  (laughs)
er Styles Rocker: In your candid opinion, what on earth is London Fashion Week?
Anastasia:  I think it’s about new and upcoming fashion designers and the fresh ideas that they bring…
er Styles Rocker: …ideas which they and other well-established fashion houses translate into the next seasons collections by showcasing them on the catwalk today….
Anastasia:  (smiles in harmony)
er Styles Rocker: So now that I have been privileged to discover and curate these statement elements in your outfit, I am highly keen to discover the other gems that are ensconced in your coveted wardrobe
Anastasia:  Oh, I have a lot. I have a lot of skirts. I don’t wear any trousers
er Styles Rocker: Wow! How amazing!
Anastasia:  (chuckles)
er Styles Rocker: So what fashion labels are your skirts?
Anastasia:  Maje,
er Styles Rocker: Oh my, clearly, at London Fashion Week, your style is the model of the feminine aesthete today
Anastasia:  Thank you so much

er Styles Rocker: Like that sweltering fedora, your skirt is a pleasure to admire and capture for the Styles And Aesthetics Retrospective. Indeed, it’s a delight and inspiration to witness you embracing the feminine aesthete so proudly, persuasively and stupendous alacrity
Anastasia:  Thank you so much
er Styles Rocker: I’m really impressed…Before you walk the sidewalk in your ever immersive style, may we have your permission to publish this video on our youtube show called Sidewalk Darlings?

Miss Ponsar at London Fashion Week Men (aw17)

er Styles Rocker: If there is ever an ethereal element in existence that exceeds sartorial epitome, then this inquiringly prized fedora hat is it.  EVERYONE can rock a fedora - rock rocker, punk rocker, metal rocker, Indie Rocker, alternative rocker, erm, Styles Rocker....#LFWM #AW17

......
er Styles  Rocker: (drools, wildly) The styling of this LFWM ensemble outfit is the closest thing to perfection; the first in line, clearly from a divine universe. I endlessly love the charming narrative it encapsulate. Look! Who would have thought, that the ever wonder unicorn, was an ethereal element that could be worn; ROCKED. Oh gosh! A star fedora hat is born; by @Zara. An element screaming to be cloned. Today! It adds volume and essence, to the chic uniform but takes my breath away. Nowhere else could this gem be found? As I regurgitate fluid rhymes I exuded on other uproariously cool fedoras, don’t de deluded by attempting to resuscitate me, I prefer to savour the feeling of sustained stupor…. www.instagram.com/SidewalkDarlings

The fashionista walking the sidewalk at London Fashion Week Men is Miss Ponsar, a fashion student from France. Her style, oh gosh, no comment, okay it epitomises the quintessential Paris aesthete; feminine, elegant and timelessly sprezzatura. She will not iss it if you steal it so follow suit; simply match a runway fedora by Zara, with Zara coat, shoes, Mango jacket, tailored trousers and Calzedonia stockings

er Styles Rocker:. Outfit looks super AMAZING!

Miss Ponsar: (huge smile) Thank you

er Styles Rocker:..You are welcome. Please describe the inspiration behind this immersive styling.

Miss Ponsar: erm. I’m from Paris. French! So I like (hand gesticulates) a glamorous, vintage, classical style. And I also LOVE the military style

er Styles Rocker:. Beguiling!

Miss Ponsar: Sorry!

er Styles Rocker:.. BEGUILING!

Miss Ponsar: Thank you

er Styles Rocker:. The influences are clear, strong and your interpretation is equally beguiling…The Paris aesthetic is held in high regard in the sartorial sphere, including London Fashion Week, of course…
www.twitter.com/ZokayaKamara

Miss Ponsar: …. so Paris Style is an undying style that takes its inspirations from the past, and slowly from the future innovations. It is classical, fresh, glamorous and charming. Like the French woman, it has a strict edge to it but the French women and men harbour a touch of ''Je ne sais quoi'' that makes the French style less rigid and just charming and sometimes sensual…Is that ok?
er Styles Rocker:. Of course! C'est très bonne! Those are the precise reasons why we LOVE the French woman, France and, pertinently, the French style…Earlier, you made an allusion to the military style; your admiration of the military aesthete is abundantly pronounced in this outfit. Was its influence a mere, illusion, I mean ‘coincidence?’
Miss Ponsar: Ohhh. (laughs)  I think I could write a book about how the military style is the BEST one out there!! But to put it plainly, I simply like the small details of that style. The gold buttons, the red cuffs, the Mao collars, the sturdy fabric…

Styles Rocker…I am equally besotted with military jackets…So, erm, uniform.

Miss Ponsar: ….The whole history behind it. You feel kind of strong in a way, wearing a military jacket. I mean it’s like wearing the heritage of the fallen soldiers on your shoulder and just keeping your head high. I also like the fact that the military jackets are always nicely fitted. It gives you a meaningful silhouette that everyone can relate too. It’s a simple style that always comes back at every turn of the Fashion trends.

er Styles Rocker:. Your passion for fashion and style and the inspirations behind them run deep and poignantly. I LOVE every single element that makeup this wonder ensemble…So what fashion labels are you rocking? Fedora first, please.

Miss Ponsar: …My coat is from Zara

er Styles Rocker:. Zara! That outerwear is unsurprisingly a breathtakingly stunning design. Needless to say, the colour is bold, immersive; it has literally taken my breath away. On the other hand, the silhouette is super fine; it’s blowing my mind

Miss Ponsar: (chuckles) the jacket is Mango

er Styles Rocker:. Wow! That’s an AMAZING element…

Miss Ponsar: …This too. The trousers are by Mango also. I completely admire the standard buttons on that jacket.

Miss Ponsar: And the shoes are by Zara

er Styles Rocker:. Oh gosh! You are clearly, the quintessential Fashion Week fashionista. We admire the designs from Zara. That fashion label is the undisputed high-street stalwart and you tastefully embrace its jaw-dropping aesthetic, by incorporating some of its statement elements in outfit

Miss Ponsar: I, erm…

er Styles Rocker:..That’s stunning! Is that a pair of socks, leggings or just jeggings? Whatever it is, the mustard hue grabs my attention

Miss Ponsar: They are tights

er Styles Rocker:. Tights! What an adorable sight.

Miss Ponsar: Yes.

er Styles Rocker:. Stunning! Seriously, the color is psychedelically AMAZING. Out of sheer interest, how many fedora hats have you ensconced in your wardrobe or who is the designer for the one you are rocking now?

Miss Ponsar: (laughs) I don't know! A bunch! (several?) it goes from caps to beanies, to ''capelines'' and melon hats.  Roughly, about ten - in London because I have some back in Paris...The fedora hat isfrom Zara

er Styles Rocker:. Everyone wears a hat occasionally. The one you are rocking is… it’s the selected one, the hat that I’m mostly interested in, is the one ALL self-respecting stylists would call a fedora, the one that self-respecting fashionistas should ROCK when they are going places...what do you like about hat these stupendous hats?

er Styles Rocker:. I’m stunned at the sheer number; fill me in on your apparent fascination with fedoras, please.

Miss Ponsar: oh well they are easily my favourite ones ! They sit nicely on your head and they are big enough to cover you either from the sun blinding you or from the pouring rain. They are safe types of hats to wear, nothing can go wrong wearing one^^, and they come in loads of styles, colour and texture. So Yeah Fedoras are the best hats out there

er Styles Rocker:. Wow! You are a fedora fashionista after my own heart. Full marks for those well-considered pronouncements

Miss Ponsar: I mean basically any group of social people can style a fedora hat for it to embody their style. A rocker can wear one, a French woman, a Hipster, a lawyer, everyone can pull it off!..
 .
er Styles Rocker:. (interrupts, goes off on a tangent, rhythmically)…) Look! That LFWM fedora is swoon-worthy and super inspiring. Admittedly, its cool mayhem makes me smile, perpetually.
