Of particular significance, however, is that abrasively cool fedora hat. Oh my gosh! No self-respecting fashionista would crave their Goop sustenance when this, erm, aesthetic resonance, among the throng of accessories, makes an appearance. LAURA: Well, I LOVE a soft tailored look, so I go for a culottes and shirt, and added a hat because I think it is VERY Fashion Week

er Styles Rocker: Oh excellence. SO what fashion brands are you rocking?

LAURA: I am currently wearing ZARA on the bottom half shoes and trousers. My shirt is from Warehouse. My hat is from Topshop

Styles Rocker: (gushes, excitedly) How many hats do you possess?  Fedora hats?

LAURA: erm. (thinks) a couple…not too many (chuckles, thinly)

er Styles Rocker: Why do you have so ( many?)[super-car passes, annoyingly noisy] ….? Why does a fedora appeal to you? Why do you bother to rock one as the centerpiece in your outfits?

LAURA: I feel like it just frame the rest of your face…because I have REALLY… like (traffic drowns out speech)…it just add to it.

er Styles Rocker: I’m in complete conference with you on that fedora musing. A fedora completes an ensemble….Thanks to Topshop one you are rocking, your attire’s pared-back tailoring and minimalist aesthetic that you are unveiling, boast the most flair and panache…

LAURA: (smiles)

er Styles Rocker: So we have seen the sheer delights that you are rocking today, especially that STRIKING fedora, therefore, I am now HIGHLY keen, explicably, to discover the other sartorial gems that are secreted in your wardrobe.

LAURA: I like wide-legged trousers. I have shirts, tailored jackets, with pockets; anything with pockets

er Styles Rocker: So how do you explain your apparent weakness for London Fashion Week?

LAURA: I LOVE that everyone is so into it – the clothes are unique - everyone is here

er Styles Rocker: We are all immensely overjoyed to be here, so I completely take your point on board. I’d like to ask you, now. If there are three fedora hats and you take away two, how may fedoras do you have?

erm (laughs) Three? [the WORSE answer Styles Rocker has ever heard, in the history of asking this question at Fashion Week)

er Styles Rocker: No! Shall I repeat the question?

LAURA: Yeah!

er Styles Rocker: There are three fedoras, you take away two, so how many fedoras do you have

LAURA: (gives an answer then laughs out)

er Styles Rocker: No!

LAURA: (asks a question)

er Styles Rocker: No, it’s just a general question

[UPROARIOUS LAUGHTER]

er Styles Rocker: Just think about. I assure you, you do know the correct answer, so try again. F you take away 2 fedoras from 3 fedoras, how many fedoras do you have?

LAURA: One! (cackles)

er Styles Rocker: No!

LAURA: (says something)

er Styles Rocker: Okay. I’ll give you an example. Just assume (indicate 3 fingers) these represent 3 fedoras, now take away two of my fingers, these TWO, incidentally, represent, two fedoras. So how many fedoras do you have?

LAURA: (animatedly) Oh, I have TWO

er Styles Rocker: Excellence! I am so happy for you. On that note, before you walk the sidewalk, may we have your permission to publish this video recording on our youtube show called Sidewalk Darlings?

er Styles Rocker: In addition, I LOVE the style you are showcasing, all day...Oh my gosh! that London Collections Men outfit is so, so staggeringly stylish. Oh yes, it's an embodiment of the Fashion Week aesthetic. Just like a fedora hat; the styling is nestled at the very top; a stammeringly eternal circle. In other words, it’s the best. Adefolake: No!

Adefolake: (laughs, hangs on to fedora, smugly) I really like the way it makes my face look (gesticulate with hands) it really focuses the attention on my face

er Styles Rocker: It accomplishes that feat with inordinate grace, presence and humility. In fact, it pulls the attention to the other key, supporting elements, and by extension, the entire aesthete, as a whole. What a fedora! The indisputable hero! What other reasons do you have for always incorporating a fedora as the star element in your outfits? Please explain, particularly for the benefit for those fashionistas who just don’t understand why it’s such a big deal

Adefolake: It always seems to add something to an outfit. It can makes a plain outfit - standout

er Styles Rocker: REALLY standout. It enhances, grants an outfit more, er, edgy more trajectory, more traction, more momentum...

Adefolake: Yes

er Styles Rocker: I agree with you. I am in charge of my own spring/summer collection also. Whenever I rock one at Fashion Week, Fashion Editors always feel speechless.

er Styles Rocker: That leather jacket?

Adefolake: No, the denim skirt. This (leather jacket) is quite cool
